What is the average production time?+
Allow 3 to 6 weeks between design validation and delivery, depending on complexity and quantity. For urgent orders, contact us: we study each case.
What is the minimum order?+
We work from 10 pieces for personalised orders. For standard catalog pieces (without personalisation), there is no minimum.
Can I see a sample before ordering?+
Yes, on request we can produce a physical sample before full production. Fees may apply but are deductible from the final order.
Do you deliver outside Côte d'Ivoire?+
Yes, we deliver throughout West Africa and beyond. Costs and timelines vary by destination, indicated in your quote.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Bank transfer, Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money) and cheque for established organisations. A 50% deposit is requested at launch.
